There is a great importance of Greek gastronomy with local products that could restore a “cultural trust” in a region, a country, … In the case of Elafonisos, there are many products of the sea, with a large part of the population composed of fishermen and typical ingredients used such as onions or olive oil, with which you can make different recipes. We must therefore help professionals and locals to meet to discuss and help them become ambassadors of these products, to dream, to discuss, to exchange, for the development of a gastronomic pride.
